Creating Learning Opportunities for the Whole Community
Albany Children’s Theatre offers a diverse range of workshops suitable for both beginners and those with prior experience in various aspects of theatrical production. Past workshops have included set design and construction, prop design and construction, stage make-up application, audition preparation, and costume design.
Workshops cover essential principles and techniques and participants have the opportunity to collaborate with others, practice their skills through hands-on exercises, and receive feedback from experienced instructors, making the workshops an excellent choice for those interested in the theatrical arts.
Many of our workshops are also open to the wider community and we strongly encourage families to participate in workshops together.
